New U Life CEO and Founder Alexy Goldstein saw a need for corporate governance as the brand continues its rapid growth. With that in mind, he hand-selected a suite of executives tasked with providing corporate governance to New U Life’s 93,200+ direct sellers while overseeing the brand’s ongoing expansion.
The new members of the New U Life team include Chief Operating Officer, Bryan Sweeney; Vice President of Marketing, Jeremy Wardle; Director of Marketing, Russ Schaffer; and Creative Director, Drew Ehrgott.
“When I initially launched this company, I knew that SOMADERM Gel was a groundbreaking product but I never could have imagined how rapidly our family of New U Life direct sellers would grow,” said Goldstein. “The new executive team members I’ve brought on board boast an impressive 80+ years of collective experience in direct-to-consumer product marketing and direct selling. Bryan Sweeney, Chief Operating Officer
Bryan is a highly accomplished operations executive with over 27 years of experience in the direct to consumer product marketing industry, with 18 of those years as an operations executive. Bryan has held roles in new product development, purchasing, global sourcing, manufacturing, import/export and call center management as he built his career.
As an entrepreneur, Bryan was a partner in start-ups, taking several to over $100 million in annual revenue. As an operations executive, Bryan managed all day-to-day operations which included the management of television and digital media, inbound/outbound telemarketing, e-commerce, order processing, fulfillment, customer service, legal, compliance as well as P&L modeling, and cash flow planning. His attention to detail and demand for excellence sets Bryan apart, which is why he has been regarded as one of the foremost operations executives in the direct to consumer performance marketing industry.
Bryan proudly served as a U.S. Marine between 1983 and 1987. Honor and integrity are among his core values. These values and a mindset of “improvise, adapt and overcome” make Bryan a trusted and respected leader.
Jeremy Wardle, Vice President of Marketing
Jeremy has over 15 years of direct selling experience. Between being an independent distributor and growing a national team, earning six-figure monthly checks, to be the founder and CEO of a health and wellness direct selling company, Jeremy’s vast knowledge of the field and corporate experience uniquely qualify him. He has extensive experience in direct selling international expansion, taking one of his weight loss products to be a top seller in France in 2018. He is committed to diligently serving and building the marketing initiatives necessary that assist and grow the New U Life field of leaders through simple models of duplication.
As New U Life expands its market share internationally, Jeremy will assist with wisdom and experience as New U Life becomes the envy of the direct selling industry.
Russ Schaffer, Director of Marketing
Russ joins our New U Life family with over 15 years of experience in the Direct Sales industry. He has played many roles throughout his career from Marketing to Customer Loyalty, leading the strategy and implementation of Customer Engagement online solutions and sales. He has traveled the world in his previous roles and partnered with various diverse leaders to create strategies that have made a difference. He is excited to work closely with initiatives that will make a difference in people's lives and working to ensure every home can be empowered to live the healthiest lives possible. With the support of his fellow executive team members, Russ will be driving the change that New U Life is making in communities around the world.
Drew Erghott, Creative Director
Drew is a multi-award-winning creative director. He brings to New U Life over 20 years of experience working for design firms, ad agencies, and museums. He has extensive experience with building cohesive brand visuals across a variety of applications including brand identity, print and traditional media, digital media, retail and direct to consumer packaging, and more. Drew is well versed in consumer purchase behavior and has played significant branding roles for clients such as The Natural History Museum of Utah, Levi’s Stadium and the San Francisco 49ers, Multiple NASCAR tracks, Chevron, Petzl, Proper Brewing Company, La Barba Coffee, and many more.
